Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
However, if the returned item is:
- Damaged during shipping;
- Defective;
- Incorrectly shipped; or
- Has any other quality-related issue,
Lurell will cover the return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at admin@lurell.shop so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return has been accepted, you may place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
